Eat more fiber

Eat foods such as, legumes, fruits, vegetables, ( like lentils and black beans) whole grain, A medical study conducted in Tufs university school of medicine suggested that women who are at high fiber diet have more estrogen, which helps to reduce breast tenderness.

Massage Breast

When you are taking shower to apply natural soap in your breast and gently massage them for a few minutes this will improve the blood circulation and can decrease the pain.
