1.Constipation

 

Dry and powder the Peepal leaf with the help of a mortar and pestle. Add equal parts of anise seeds and jaggery to the powder before mixing all the ingredients. Mix about one spoon of the mixture in an 8-ounce glass of water and mix properly before drinking. Repeat this as many times as possible in order to relieve constipation.
