The oil contains medium-chain triglycerides which can boost the immune system as well as expel the parasites from the body.

2. Garlic

Known for its anti-parasitic qualities since the ancient ages. It has amino acids containing sulfur. It is the main reason for the antiseptic, antifungal, and antibacterial qualities. The popular method is to consume three raw garlic cloves on an empty stomach in the morning. Do the same for one week. You can get rid of all intestinal worms. The other antibacterial compounds are ajoene and allicin.

3. Unripe Papaya

Long used since ancient times. The medicinal component in pumpkin seeds is cucurbitacin. It has anti-parasitic properties to paralyze unwanted organisms. So, they cannot hold onto the intestine walls and can get eliminated from the body.

  • Roast the pumpkin seeds.
  • Crush them.
  • Mix one tablespoon of honey and pumpkin seeds.
  • Consume every morning on an empty stomach.

5. Indian Lilac (Neem)

One of the best anti-parasitic medicine. In the olden days, people used to clean their teeth with the bark and twigs of this tree. It not only kills the parasites but can also remove toxins created from the dead bodies of the organisms.

  • You can take one tablespoon (dry neem flowers).
  • Fry it with butter or ghee.
  • Consume them with boiled rice.
  • Be careful. It will have a bad taste.

  • Then give a break of one week.
  • Then repeat.

Pregnant women should refrain from doing this activity.

  • You can grate the carrots
  • Consume them on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • Refrain from consuming other food in the morning.
  • Practice this habit every day for at least a week to eliminate intestinal worms.

7. Cloves

The medicinal component is called eugenol. Known for its anthelmintic and germicidal properties. The intestinal parasites including their larvae get destroyed.

  • Take one teaspoon of cloves.
  • Make them to the fine powder.
  • Now boil the powder in a bowl with water for ten minutes.
  • Steep the mixture.
  • Now consume them three times a day for the week.

8. Turmeric

  • Take one teaspoon of turmeric and mix it with half a cup of buttermilk.
  • Take the mixture for three days.

9. Ginger

  • You can add ginger (two pieces minced into small pieces) to a cup of water.
