Every tiny cell of our body needs water to live, survive and perform its functions. It is recommended that on average we should drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water daily; it is a very essential part of our diet and is recommended by doctors and nutritionists.

Water maintains our blood consistency thereby in a way controlling the majority of processes in our body. Drinking water also contains some essential nutrients such as magnesium, manganese, chromium, and other micronutrients which are important for our body and its processes.

2. Bad Breath And Dryness Of Mouth

Lack of water in the water causes bad fowl smelling breath. This happens as there is a build-up of bacteria in the mouth. Usually drinking water at frequent intervals helps flush and mobilizing these bacteria.
