A human being can survive any disease as long as it’s identified correctly and at the end of sight can visualize CURE. But remember depression builds up over time which needs to be taken care of. But depression, on the other hand, is insidious and it compounds daily that’s impossible ever to see an end.

If you cant eat and can’t sleep well you are not doing well in terms of being a functional human. It’s difficult to understand this as no matter what diagnosis the doctor makes you need to understand the disease rather than just prescribe medicines and wind off a patient. Choose the correct doctor who understands you. Your soul is higher than the mind and body. You need to cherish it and keep it motivated.


Mental pain is less dramatic than physical pain but it is more common and more difficult to bear. The frequent attempt to conceal mental pain increases the burden. Acknowledge the pain because it easier to say that my tooth is aching rather than my heart is broken. Just being in a huge crowd to socialize is not important rather than be in a group of friends who are a handful and honest with you and carry yourself with pride in the world with head high and full of crowd.
